So, life has been a bit of a disaster, and this is very, very late. Sorry about that folks! Luckily most of the worst seems to be over, so I should get back to a more regular schedule soon. Early next week look for the August update, with the September update shortly thereafter. On to the excuses!

This is so delayed because in July-September I have: changed jobs, moved out of my house (and did a turnover construction job for the new tenants), bought a foreclosure house, did a full rehab on said house, lived in a hotel for a few weeks, moved stuff into storage (and the new house), moved some stuff out of storage (and into the new house), went out of town for the weekend, and got a cold. With all that, I wasn’t able to dedicate the time needed to update all you fine feathered friends. But I’m back, baby! And at least with all the activity I have tooooooons of new content kicking around in the old brainpan for the blog. Stay tuned for details on my living situation, an update on my purchase/rehab, numbers for my current rental business status, and much, much more (mostly complaining)!
