I’m an early-forties nerd from and in the Midwest. I purchased my initial primary residence in 2007 (great timing, I know) and have been actively investing in real estate since 2015, as a way to build income to replace my W2 income.
I recently discovered the FIRE movement, and I’m looking forward to sharing how real estate can help you achieve financial independence and allow you to retire early.
