Short update as I just realized (end of March) that I didn’t post either February or March update. Vaccination shot 2 really kicked my backside and threw me completely off my game. Sorry about that!

Debt went up as I continue to try and clear too much holiday spending, and I went a bit nuts on the whole Gamestop thing. This primarily came out of my HELOC (although it has I think entirely been replaced as I’m writing this a month later). Retirement savings spiked pretty hard because this is the month all my dividends for NLY and CIM landed, and the prices on those went up very nicely as well so a double benefit. I don’t expect much future share price appreciation, but expect to see big jumps (of about $3,500 and compounding) every quarter when the dividend lands.

Anyway, that was a month.
